The childhood game of having a chair when the music stopped often created anxiety and sometimes added a hint of bullying. Our session is focused on the environment surrounding the "executive table" which can be like an adult version of Musical Chairs. If you’re a risk manager who feels deserving of being invited to the “table,” join us as we discuss the fortitude it will take to maintain your seat with the campus leadership each time one challenge is completed…and another begins.

Objectives:
+ Discover the work/life balance it requires to commit to the "executive table"
+ Learn the characteristics and skills required to succeed, if invited
+ Understand the pros and cons of striving for the opportunity to be invited
+ Acquire other options to having a seat at the "executive table"
